My oldest used the microwave for the first time the other day (with supervision of course) and was excited about that!momof4vahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09712695026820153000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4502078884620571251.post-70987983862008631782012-08-20T13:51:11.988-07:002012-08-20T13:51:11.988-07:00That is great that your kids are such good eaters....That is great that your kids are such good eaters. It is nice that they can reach healthy snacks whenever they are hungry.
I do not provide choices for breakfast (or any meal). I make all the plates the same (though they have a variety of things, such as eggs, bananas and raisins). If someone does not want something it is no problem...but they will not get a second option. When they are old enough to provide verbal feedback, we may do a vote for a pancake vs. egg dish breakfast or let them take turns deciding. But, they will still not have a menu to choose from where they are all eating different things.
I remember my parents would occasionally do a 'do it yourself' meal when we were older where we could pick and prepare our own thing which was a lot of fun...but that is years away for our family.

: 0 ) Theresa
(Capri + 3)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10246780965703089101noreply@blogger.com
